Far from it. I don't like posting about rumors either, just want someone to squash them. Preferably, Morris and Venables speaking up. Didn't know if anyone knew anything I haven't heard yet.
I realize these guys won't be here forever, but would hate to see it mess up recruiting this year.

I am hearing Morris did interview, not in Raleigh.
Hearing Sonny Dykes is their man and interviewed this AM and after that interview they scheduled an emergency meeting with the BOT (assuming to discuss the offer and salary for Dykes.
Not hearing about Venables...
He is out recruiting for us, so I believe that is HIGHLY doubtful that he is even considering leaving...

Thanks for the answer. I'm honestly not trying to stir the pot, just seriously concerned about losing two coordinators at one time.

Morris' name has been popping up locally. I live in Raleigh and hear about Chad's interest, him being in Raleigh interviewing, reporters saying he is high on the list....again, all speculation, but haven't heard Morris come out and say, "I'm staying at Clemson."
Someone asked about Venables rumor on TCI site and the staff there said they are not comfortable disclosing anything at this time about that situation. That really makes me think something may be up.

Morris and Venable both are headed back toward Clemson from some where out on the recruiting trail.

But know that emergency meeting in Raleigh was set up bf Dykes' name popped yesterday. Many assumed it was to offer Morris, that i do not know but the meeting was definitely set early yesterday.
