Option 1 - Travel, then move to Caymens, perhaps Marry a local. Open an an account at the bank and fill in various legal paperwork.

Option 2 - Pay a very expensive lawfirm in the caymans to do this for you. Note that it will be very expensive.

There is a reason only the super wealthy do this.

Oh, or option 3, speak to the CIA.

S-corps? LLCs? Both are straightforward. Having a shell company, mixing assets, and calling it a shell company is a great way to get the corporate veil pierced.
