If they are going to charge him, I hope they have a really good case. If they charge him, cost him a Heisman and a chance to play in both ACCCG and the MNC then he gets proven innocent, that would be a crime in itself.
Obviously I know a lot of people here dont like FSU but I dont want to see anyone lose all that opportunity unless they are really guilty.

Winston. He has a lot of lawyers that will work for him. I hope FSU still gets to go to the Nat. Championship game so Clemson has a better chance to go to a BCS Bowl, nothing more, nothing less. If after he wins a National Cahmapionship for the ACC, he gets kcked out of FSU and we never have to play him again, that would work too.
Having said all of that, I do hope justice is served correctly. I don't want to see an innocent Winston charged and/or convicted for something he didn't do. I also don't want to see a guilty Winston get away with such a serious crime. Is he guilty or innocent? I have no idea. I hope when a decision is made, that it is accurate.

Release the decision now and then hold a press conference to talk abour the decision tomorrow. Don't make Winston and the victim wait like it's some Signing Day drama.

I guarantee they have been in touch with his attorney and the victim's attorney and they are all aware of what's going on. They're probably just trying to keep the media at bay. On that note, I agree ... if they found enough evidence to charge him with a crime, they would have scheduled the announcement within hours while his attorney was delivering him to the TPD for booking.
