He should only recruit players HE was working, but as OC that would probably be half the team. Just hope that the distance to SMU and their record will work against any of our players following him.
I wouldn't mind Coach Scott being promoted to OC, but wonder if bringing in an established OC would help.

When you get a chance to come down from your ivory tower, we all knew this day was coming. At least he didn't go to another acc team or the coots. Give the man a break he said he would be in clemson 4 years when he started and he held up his end.

His 4 years is not up until after the game tomorrow....He is still on Clemson's payroll and timing of this sucks...I am not concerned with him leaving if he wants to go....I am concerned about beating the coots tomorrow and this is not helping us at all in getting this done...Go Tigers!!!

The only thing I am saying is timing of this sucks & he should have waited until after the season is over tomorrow...we do not need this to deal with before our game with the Coots....Go Tigers!!!

People need to realize that people are just throwing things outthere. Do you think Chad is at home packing or getting ready for the game tomorrow so please people until he leaves don't listen to all the people trying to get the scoop. Yes we do need him . So don't forget about all he has done for clemson

I feel pretty sure that the fans are more upset with the timing than the players. The game plan will not changed and they have practiced for it all week or longer. When they are on the field, imo, they have no thoughts of a coach leaving....they may even play harder for him to get his last win at Clemson. Fans are the problem about the timing

these 4 and 5 star recruits are going to de-commit from Clemson and go to a school way out in Texas with an 0-10 record for a new HC that probably didn't recruit them. Dabo and Jeff Scott are the draw for that 2015 class, not Chad.Please get a grip people.
