When we review the numerous decisions that lead to the demise of the ACC, I hope we don't forget the powers that be allowed ND to keep their football rights while benefitting from the rich history of ACC basketball. We're a metaphoric booty call conference they reach out to at their convenience and we always answer the phone.

Perhaps you missed the fact that we get more money from ESPN each year with them in the conference as a partial member than we did without them. With $ hard to come by, we gladly accepted the extra cash.

The bulk of the their football money comes from their independent contract with the Notre Dame Broadcast Company (NBC).
