I see people saying that Clemson is over the allotted number of football scholarships, that Dabo cannot get players from the portal.
There are no rules in the NCAA because there is no one to enforce them. The only reason Dabo doesn’t go get players out of the portal now is he lives by a set of morals that is above most coaches in college football.
With no one to enforce rules players will soon challenge the 3 year before declaring for the draft.
There will be players transferring whenever they decide and not waiting on windows.
Players are going to demand more money for the new playoff system.
Does any of this sound familiar (NF players association)

Wow, you could not be farther from the truth. Of course there is oversight and every NCAA team has to be at 85 or less.

Dabo is only 1 scholarship over the limit as of now. By end of summer I’m about 99% sure that scholarship will free up through attrition.

This is college football. Either you adapt to what’s happening or watch your program get left behind. That’s why we have REIGN for NIL and it will be the reason why we eventually will have to engage the portal for impact players.

If so, then was it also immoral for Dabo to sign recruits this year when he didn't have scholarships for all of them?

He does have scholarships for all of them you clown. Again, you complain when we undersign and then you complain when we "oversign" yet in all cases, we end up right on the number of 85.
