Little Italy is right beside Fells Point. Federal Hill is across the pond.

It also has very livable and beautiful areas.
Fells point, downtown, inner harbor are very nice places. Ya just can't stray too far in certain directions.
Similar to everywhere else on earth, including SC.

Seemed to me like the areas of Baltimore that were touristy and the areas where the police won't go and "You're going to die!" are like a block apart.
Like, don't take a shortcut back to the hotel type of situation because one block over is a war zone.

Go to Max’s Taphouse in Fells. It’s Celtic approved and was his usual spot when Clemson played Maryland. Downtown is a little grimy, and Inner Harbor spots have mostly shut down and moved to Harbor East. But any spots along Thames Street in Fells will be good. My old hangouts were mostly in Canton/Brewers Hill, which is maybe a 10 min Uber ride. Anything specific you’re looking for?
