I would add what was reported last night, Brady came out and said he "wishes" to remain in the NFL and multiple teams have already been in contact with him.

but I am not at all opposed to a guy like that coming in for a year or two if he breathes some new life into our passing game before he leaves. He may leave, but we could still incorporate his concepts into our offense after he's gone.
That said, between the dislike of recruiting, failure with the Panthers, desire to be elsewhere, etc, it just feels like too much. If you take on a guy like that with other deficiencies, you want to at least be sure he's going to bring the goods, and, despite how amazing that one year at LSU was, I don't think that's a guarantee with Brady.

The biggest complaint form Brady on college football is recruiting. What if we offered him the offense analyst position that Kyle Richardson would give up? We could still pay him a significant salary and he would simply design and support the offense and sit in the box and not have to recruit.
