I woke up at 8:30am and brought a kid to school then went back home and slept another hour.

Rental properties are constant income… just collect the checks in the mail once a month.

Isn't cheap (though I found it for about $100 less when I bought it, though MSRP was about what Amazon is charing now).

Thing is built like a tank, and has no problem raising with 2 laptops and 2 screens attached (along with 2 keyboards and an ipad).

Very satisfied with this purchase. I work from home and raise/lower it once to twice a day
