Just my opinion, you need to finish your career at Clemson to be "always a Tiger"

In today's culture, that song is about as outdated as only a female can get pregnant.

Ray Ray McElrathbey gets a different hot take from me for transferring out than Chad Kelly or Mike Bellamy does.

But I go back and forth between 5+2, and 3+4.
Sometimes guys leave for the right reasons and I don't fault them - like Chase Brice, Forever a Tiger.
Feaster, Amick, Bowman all quit because they weren't handed a starting role on their preferred timeline.
I like what someone else posted - Cheer for the real Tigers that will always be Tigers. We know it when we see it.

It depends on what way you look at always. I look at that saying like this. Once you become a Tiger, you can't always be a Tiger until you have finished what you came to Clemson to do. In no way do I believe just bc a player or person that come for a Clemson education enrolled, that it makes them automatically an always a Tiger. IMO, you have to do more than enroll to always be a Tiger, you must finish what you came to Clemson to do, when you complete that task, you will always be a Tiger, and no one can take that from you bc "you will always" be a Clemson Tiger!!!!
In no way shape or form can a quitter be an always a Tiger, it's impossible bc a quitter never completed the growth that it takes to be a Clemson Tiger for always....

anyway... for better or worse.
Leave before, and you were a former player but not a Tiger. Go to the Coots or the Dawgs and who are you again?
