How? Randall is the only guy that blocks well at wr. He's a big body guy that does not mind contact. His weakness is ball tracking so playing him on the outside doesn't work well, but you move him to TE to take advantage of his athletic ability and give him easier balls to track.

already at TE. 225 is big for a WR, small for a TE. Besides, if some of the chatter winds up being correct, we'll need him for depth outside

Yea Randall can easily get up to 240 was he listed at 230 coming into camp? Also he would instantly be a bigger threat than any of those guys at TE. Randall's biggest issue is ball tracking which is why he drops so many balls or the pass looks inaccurate, he's not tracking the ball well and not running great routes outside. Get him inside where most the passes are alot easier to track.

Only other guy i can think of that would be in the 2 deep and plays outside would be Cole Turner. That would shock me. Moore, Wesco, Turner are the main 3 that line up outside.
