Well, we needed 1 yard on a 4th and 1 and they run Mafah right into the teeth of one of the better defenses they faced all season. So, when we needed only 4 yards, why not go long when your game plan wasn't made up for winning. IMO, Garrett tries to hard to impress whoever with his offense that just doesn't work to well against good teams with talented players...

Waco was open. Cade has to do better on his deep route throws. Lawrence throws a TD there. He leads him. Cade throws darts he’s inconsistent on those throws.

From where I am sitting it looks like Dabo has the play sheet in front of him. That usually doesn’t bode well. We can’t play conservative today and win.

My thoughts exactly. The offensive play calling got out of rhythm in the second quarter. Like they are playing to punt it away, then the defense will get tired, everyone will blame Wes and the offense will keep being the sos. Love my tigers but it’s frustrating win or lose.
