Man I missed something about my home town here, but anyway made me laugh.
Mayor Moss looks like the Joker (this town needs an enema, which technically is true about Gaffney)
And sorry the closest thing you are going to get to a look out deck on the "Big Ace in the Sky" is climbing on the roof of the foreclosed Fatz building out front.

Several years back one of the illustrious mayoral candidates wanted to turn the Peach into a tourist attraction with elevator and lookout windows. I’m guessing she didn’t understand that the city doesn’t own it and it’s full of water.
