season after watching the game.
The main takeaway is that you couldn't take anything away because of how they split up the teams, especially the O-line. Thats a recipe for disaster but its not how the team will actually look in the fall. Between that, all the started out for injury, and the cold, I doubt I go back to a spring game any time soon. It was like watching paint dry.
Pros: D-line should be as advertised, extremely deep, and even more talented. Defensive backfield looked good and made good plays on the ball, especially Mukuba and Sherrod Covil. I didn't see any big blown assignments. Tight ends looked good. No injuries.
Cons: The WR drops are maddening and inexcusable. Some poor blocking by WRs too. DJ's first two passes were an overthrown slant and an overthrown deep route. I didn't get the sense he has markedly improved. The biggest con is Dabo's reflexive defensiveness of DJ after the game.
Klubnik looked crisp but held the ball too long. He is MUCH more accurate but he didn't seem to be on the DW/TL level. That's not a knock on him, I just don't think he will be able to contribute on the level they did as freshmen.

I watched about 15 minutes of it and I can confidently say I have never been so bored watching Clemson football.
We will be lucky to win 2 games. Fire Dabo, Fire Brent, Fire Tony Elliot, Fire Jeff Scott, we need a complete rebuild.

Ngata is a beast. Spector looks good. Hope Dacari Collins is not seriously hurt. TE Briningstool looks good. Our 3rd string back Mafah looks good.
Hope the oline when they are not split is better.
DJ will start the first game. Cade looked like a freshman but had some good throws.

there was HOLDING on every single play SHM, the D will be good, the play calling sucks, DJ is a D3 qb at best, we missed on Cade, the RBs will be good but they ain't got no line, Datbo wone use the transfer portal, too many coaches kids, wru is a thang of the past, we're headed towards another disgusting 10 win bowl win season, and to top it off starks got ejected.
