They will beat trash teams in the ACC and lose to anyone with a pulse.
Athleticism problem, scoring issues at times, decent post but need more production from guards.
I give props to Brownell for last season, but this years team is nowhere close to that.

And Cal wins.
The SCAR loss really hurts. But rivalry games are unique and difficult. Just ask Ohio State, who is on the virge of winning a Natty in football, about their Michigan loss. If Clemson basketball plays SCAR 10 time, I think Clemson wins at least 8 times, especially if game is played at Littlejohn.
I support Brad Brownell. He has done a marvelous job rebuilding after losing key players from a great season last year.

Feel like wiggins just needs to be more consistent when it comes to offensive production and we got a really good team. We have some good wins and some good like idk Kentucky who’s top 10 and close loses too to top 25 like Memphis went into OT. So the team isn’t “average” Go Tigers!!

Is consistent. We all see the great potential and That Wiggins could really make a huge impact on this team. Unfortunately he continues to Almost live up to our hopes. So, yeah, Wiggins Is consistently dissapointing. I’m sad for him but still very up about this team. I believe they have some big wins ahead of them.

This team is much better than our average team.
Talent level is higher.
Bench is deeper.
The usual 5 minute scoring droughts are much less frequent.
I'd say so far this team looks better than last year's team.

I disagree
I think this team is good
What you are worried about is an off night shooting against a team that can out athlete us across 3 or 4 positions to overcome our defense that has so far kept us in games where the shooting was fickle.
We have various looks to offer in terms of line up.
In a tournament setting Our biggest handicap will be managing game flow and in game coaching adjustments and specifically late game play calls.
Last year and so far this year Brownie has done much better than past years.
I would like to see Brownell use bench players to attack opposing players that are in foul trouble or need to be in foul trouble
Having said that I think our strength is experience and versatility in looks and matchups
We have a good bench and we have systematically seasoned newer to system players over course of the year
Heading into the post season we are in a rare situation to use that experience and versatility to make some serious noise
