aren't wrong) - I have a feeling that within the next couple of games, you're going to see more and better consistency and performance.. But next season, they are going to beat the brakes off of people, like we used to do. Our receivers will be better, CK will be better and a year older. I know this is very cootlike - but starting this season, but next year, you're going to see a return of the Clemson we remember.
You heard it here.
Yes I am still sober.

“Wait til next year” used to be the exclusive phrase of our feathered friends to the south. I hate that we are now reciting it for the 3 rd straight year.

The Brooklyn Dodgers, I think, were the ones who popularized the expression.

None of us were saying that during or after the 2021 season. Most were expecting a humdrum regular and medium bowl at best considering what our O was looking like there. Even with the 6-straight to end '21 there was little optimism that '22 would be any better.

Hope you’re right. For now, I’d settle for clean handoffs.

I would settle for better blocking and better tackling, and better pass coverage.

realistically. People who said Cade was ready to be the guy last year and was somehow held back by Dabo playing favorites with DJU, were so full of chit it ain’t funny. The #1 pick in the draft had people expecting that QB’s came right out of high school ready to beat up the old Bear and Bama every year. What a freaking laugh.
They and SI both can take their Elitism and shove it permanently for all I care.
Dabo will indeed be back, but I hope it’s sans half these pretentious butt wipes we’ve collected as fans now.
