According to TO, Vik Lakhin is not the outside threat that PJ was.

To me that is a positive. PJ took to many periniter shots. He was up and down. Would hit two in a row then miss four. Hopefully we will use Lakhin differently.

That is kinda sorta true but I saw where he hit 5 of 6 against somebody for all 15 of his points? But you are right, when PJ hit that shooting slump and kept firing away it was a detriment to the team.

The game he was 5 for 6 3 points was in win over Ga Tech.
Also, had two big 3s in a win at BYU. He is capable but not going to take as near as many at PJ did. Maybe with staff can get a little more proficient. Assistant Billy Donlon has improved how many attempts players get during practice.

Upgrade in rebounding and rim protection. Also a good passer

It helped Chef a lot having big men have to go up top to guard PJ when shooting from distance. Not every missed shot is a bad shot if you're winning the O-rebound game.

One of two can happen with a shot in basketball and good things happened even when PJ missed because the defense knew he had the 3 point ability and they had to come out which opened up the middle. Not every made shot is a good one and not every missed shot is a bad one.

Made shots are good every time. PJ was a much better post player than a 3 pt shooter.

I’ve often wondered what could have been of Dale Davis, Elden Campbell, Sharone Wrights career if they had shot more 3’s and played more of a shooting guards role. Stinks brad wasn’t around to make that adjustment in their game!

probably has s quicker feet than PJ, and has a nice turnaround and solid hook shot.
he hits two 3's from the top of the key in this game.
