Where exactly on TexAgs are you seeing that? Most think it'll be Elko or Traylor, which both would be extremely underwhelming to the fan base.

I've been following the coaching carousel for 20+ years. It's a hobby of mine. It's getting harder and harder to figure out what schools are really thinking. (They are getting better and better at hiding what they are doing.) But, if Dabo goes to aTm I will have to turn in my Coaching Carousel Card. I will have lost whatever credibility I ever had.

haha. Yeah, it's so hard to tell. The A&M AD is just going to go after whoever the 12th Man Foundation wants. Rich fools and their money have made it very hard to figure out what makes sense.

If I were Dabo, I wouldn't consider Texas for the following reasons.

1. Texas: Hot, humid, flat.
2. NIL money: With that kind of money, donors also have direct comms to the HC, direct effect on play-calling, who's starting, and who's getting recruited. Any HC coach loses this fight.

Not. TAMU is all about pouring money into a program, buying players, NIL out the wazoo. Not Dabo's cup of tea. That's not his culture. I don't think they would have patients to have him come in a start over from scratch with his way or the highway. They want it now. Got rid of Jimbo with loads of cash. The next coach there better produce fast.
