Because so many teams play non conference games in the first 2 or 3 weeks, it is hard to draw many conclusions about teams. After the first 2 weeks, there are 7 undefeated ACC teams. Florida State, North Carolina, Duke, Miami and Louisville have all looked like potential good teams. A couple of takeaways from yesterday are Miami was terrific and Duke's QB's completed 12 of 12 passes against the nobody they were playing.

Interesting that Purdue plays its 2nd straight ACC team this week and their game against Cuse, Carolina against Minnesota and the Pitt-West Virginia games may be the best conference games this week. Week 4 will down to business but the conference should have at least 4 or 5 ranked teams in each poll again next week.

The ACC has performed well. Sans us. The sec seems to be falling victim to the portal just as we are. Traditional powerhouses are weaker when they refuse to embrace the portal. Hopefully, we have an elite receiver emerge to allow the offense a chance. If nothing changes, I fear bowl eligibility is in danger.
