ACC Championship Game Tickets

I believe that this has been answered on here before, but I can't find the answer by searching. When I looked on the ACC website to purchase tickets for the ACC Championship Game next month, it has this language:

Please note Please note: No PDFs will be accepted for stadium entry, including but not limited to a printed screenshot of a ticket barcode and/or a PDF attachment showing a ticket barcode.

What does that mean? If you buy the tickets through TicketMaster, which is the only way available through the ACC, do you get hard tickets mailed to you or do you have to pick them up at will call before the game? Does that mean you have to print it off so it's not just on your phone or does it mean you have to get the actual physical ticket sent to you?
