An on campus RC corrections facility to house all the drunks, potheads and just plain stupid students who were in the "wrong place at the wrong time" on a weekend!
Other than the original campus known as the Horseshoe which contains several nationally historic buildings of importance, I would bulldoze the remainder of campus as it adds nothing of significant value to downtown Columbia! Time to start over.
