A quick favor to ask of section D tomorrow.

I will be attending with my family and will be sitting in section D, and would like to ask for a little consideration with the noise level. We are proud Tiger fans, just like you, and would like to enjoy the game without having to wear ear protection. Not trying to be Debbie Downers, so when we get up to go to the rest room(s), or to go to the concession stand(s), feel free to increase the noise level. My Dr. said that my hearing is very good for my age, and I'd like to keep it that way, with a little help from my friends, lol! Plus, one of my children is under one year old, and I'm worried the noise may cause damage to her still fragile tympanum, cochlea, and auditory nerve.(And no, I'm not and ENT Dr., lol, just a concerned parent) My wife told me not to post this, but I told her that I know Tiger fans, and they'll understand.
Anyway, if we could try and be mindful of others, that would be great.
Hoping for a big Tiger win!

Francis, i sitcin section D. Unfortunately I will not be able to help you. I lost my hearing long ago, so the noise doesn't bother me. Being a Tiger though, I want to help. I would suggest the model of ear protection pictures below. Especially for your little one.

I'm assuming this is trolling.. But I can't be sure. If you want to be comfortable sit on your couch with your family and spend the money you would of spent on tickets and gas for all the games on a nice big TV and sound system. You'll have a better view, probably better and cheaper food and drink too. Plus, an entire section won't have to be quiet to make you happy.
Or, you could buy the ear protection for your child, and come out to the game and try to contribute to the atmosphere that makes Death Valley special, not just for it's fans, but for our team.
When I come to the game to watch our guys give their all for our entertainment, I consider it a responsibility to be the best support I can. I will do my best to deafen their offense and disrupt their plays. Do I want my ears and throat to hurt the next day? Of course not.. but I'm taking up a spot in THE Death Valley, and I don't want it wasted. If every time one of our 80,000 in attendance had a child we silenced a section, it just wouldn't be Death Valley.
