I wish I could prove it, but I’d bet anything Holtz was the one that messed up.
Respect to him, even though I’m not a fan, but he’s needs to go home and be an ambassador for ND.
His coaching and announcing days are over.
Lee Corso is in the same boat. Immense respect. But it’s time to hang it up. FSU would gladly give him a gig.
I don’t want to take away their joy of involvement in CFB, but they don’t need to be doing what they are currently.

I have heard that Corso's age is starting to get to him. Read an article a while back that said Corso is basically retired (occupationally and mentally) and that he's still around because he is THE gameday guy. I read that Herbstreit kind of helps him along, and you can see that the way Herbie and Corso interact on ESPN.

Mark May talks speaks at an AK-47 rate of 1,000 words per minute. Lou can't process that!! He has no idea what Mark says. They both predicted the usual, common analyst score when neither has watched one CU or Duke game in '18. They just look at the polls & predict "38-17" & say the higher ranked team wins by 15.
Old Lou - he's the guy who said SCocks could win a N.Championship. Glad he picked CU, but I'm sure it was on his cue cards.
As for the OTHER Lou - "Corso" - he thinks LBJ is still president. Corso left the planet years ago.

I'm sure Vegas hangs on their every words. Lou is not sure of what he is saying, enunciating every word like he has his nosed pinched and May doesn't know what he says since he spits it out like a disclaimer for a title loan company.
