the breed.
Which breed would you eat?
I think I would go with something like a Great Mastiff. A bigger dog like that to me would be the closest thing to beef. IDK, was just thinking.

Greyhounds would be gamey and tough as shoe leather.
Id probably go with something small so I could imagine its rabbit.

I think I would be desperate enough to eat the nearest available dog rather than worry about the type.
But if I just had to choose, I guess a pug, could roast it in the oven in a pan bc small. And they bark a lot so have been annoying

See, you're going about this all wrong.

It's not about the breed it's about how they are cooked. When I asked my favorite mexican friend if he'd eaten dog he looked a bit reluctant, weighed my motive and found me sincere. He affirmed so I asked if he like it. He told me dog fajita is pretty good, not good as beef but better than chicken.
I feel confident enough in dog fajita that I agreed if his mother cooked it and set it on the table when I was invited to dinner I'd try it. We'd planned a trip to his little home town in Mexico but it never happened due to life.
