Wccp app constantly and randomly stops and/or starts skipping

Anybody else have this problem? Been like that for years. I’ve deleted it and re-download it several times and they’re never seems to be any fix. Maybe it’s just mine.

think I am going to just go back to a radio. But, it is nice to use your phone with earbuds in so if you get a business call it cuts off the radio and you take the call. However, you have to log in again and start all over with a 30 sec. ad....Annoying is putting it mildly.

I never had this problem until the new update. I also agree that the 30 second VIDEO ad is annoying especially since you can't minimize the app while it's playing or else the feed will stop. If you have an iPhone, you can search Apple Music for "The Roar FM" or tell Siri to play it. This works better and doesn't skip. You can also download TuneIn app to listen.

Agree on the issue started after the update. I am also using Tune In app now.

I have never understood how anyone could listen to WCCP. I occasionally tune in briefly and always hit a minute and a half of commercials. Then the host has three minutes to fill with about 20 seconds of actual content. After another minute and a half of commercials they take a call from some slap d$ck who goes on and on about nothing. After than a shortened minute of commercials then the host rambles on about how the slap d$ck was wrong.

I hate how they go off the air...they know they were off the air...but you can tell from the conversation that they talked the whole time they were off the air but never go back to recap what was said while they were down.
Walt is bad for this.

Used to love it and its simplicity, but now it has that video ad every time it starts and you have to wait until the video is over before you can minimize the app. Also, it doesn't auto reconnect and start playing with automobile bluetooth like the old app did. I appreciate all the podcast stuff they did, but for regular radio broadcasts, I gave up and went back to the TuneIn Pro app. TuneIn also autoplays the last station you listened to when you open the app and can be immediately minimized. Doubtful the Roar app will go back to what it used to be, so it is what it is.

unless I am on wifi. When using mobile date, I go to the website http://www.theroarfm.com/listen/ - via Chrome app on phone.
