We need to go back to justice from the 1800’s. You were aloud 2 or 3 appeals including the Supreme Court. Usually these scum were hanged within 3 years. It was a public event.

Unfortunately many who commit these kind of crimes place little to no value on their lives either. IMO, Gun Control legislation is a waste of time and taxpayer money. I am in favor of a law taking hold in several states where a license in no longer required to carry a concealed weapon. And I think those states that allow certified teachers to carry a concealed weapon should be strongly considered in SC. I would be in favor of voluntary training related to firearms and their use. Even those who have a CWP need more than a day’s training especially if you plan on using it for defense. Shooting at stationary targets is a lot deferent than shooting at another human being that may be shooting at you.

People who think gun control is going to solve crime and eliminate tragic shootings like this one are mistaken. Look at all the gun control legislation, creation of the DEA along with expanding police powers and other laws. We need to face it some people are just evil and need to be locked up or executed. Some people just cannot be rehabilitated.

What we need is elected officials by their actions will give hope to the over 90% of the people who do not control the wealth. Invest in people and communities instead of stuffing your own pockets.

Sorry for the soapbox rant. But I get so angry when random shootings like this take away the lives of those so young.
