2 Bedrooms, one bathroom, one kitchen, room for a couch and TV, decent backyard for the doggies, room on the front porch for a drinking (rocking) chair. That has everything a man could want, to be completely honest.

little over 10 miles from my place. A little golf cart jaunt to the beach.
Easy to get to Butts 'n Such BBQ (No clue if any good) and easy to get to the Veggie Wagon (pretty decent little grocery store). Tiki bar is near there too.
It aint gonna be IOP though, for sure.

I want somewhere quiet where nobody will bother me, yet is still accessible by boat. We've got a family friend with a place in Bennetts Point, that's the kind of place I'd like to have a getaway shack.
No telling how many were eaten or died of snake bite, that had to be miserable. I think I'd just let the river take me on out to the ocean before I participated in too much of that.

I'd get a little bigger shed as a spillover to go drink beer in or watch the occasional football game, maybe enclose the back porch..it be plenty big enough for me and a dog.

ask what the flood level is for that house. Even on IOP there are some spots that are in Flood Zone X--ie doesn't require flood insurance.
