I don’t understand these rankings? If UNC is filling %96 on average how are they only ranked 41st? You can’t go over capacity…these numbers make Zero sense to me. Let me guess all the SEC schools are top 15 even with lower %capacity averages

From what I could tell, the rankings were based on attendance and that was based on stadium capacity, Michigan was ranked 1st. I agree with another post that these numbers are likely inflated based on ticket sales and not actual attendance.

Miami was surprising, not saying that these figures aren't inflated by the universities. Just because I know someone will ask, so here is ND... (Also, with all the WV chatter, they would have been 4-5 in attendance in the ACC).

Those look like "Paid" attendance numbers versus actual, through the gate numbers. Lots of local corporate buys, plus season ticket holders sitting many out.
