UNCheat has no real chance of making the playoffs. They're merely hoping for bowl eligibility so their strength of schedule (or lack thereof) is irrelevant.

that schedule may deliver unc to .500 land yet again this season.
Keep thinking that each season they're over-rated in football and almost always fall flat on their faces. In the last 3-4 years, either their talent at the skill positions has been as over-rated as an Africam-American Studies degree, or else they've been poorly developed....I don't expect this year to be any different
The holes will be fighting for a less-than-mediocre bowl berth when their annual clash with NCSt. rolls around.

whose defenses finished near the bottom if not dead last in about every major defensive category in the ACC. His defenses allowed more than 500 yards in seven of their 13 games last year, and six times surrendered at least 40 or more points.
UNCheat hired Gene Chizik as Koenning's replacement but he has not coached since being fired from Auburn in 2012 and will have a considerable rebuilding job in front of him.
That said, Chizik was a pretty darn good DC. His 2004 defensive unit at Auburn led the country in scoring defense and ranked fifth in total defense. He also won the Broyles Award in 2004 which is given to the top assistant coach in the nation.
The 2004 Auburn Tigers finished 13–0, won the SEC title, defeated Virginia Tech in the Sugar Bowl, and finished second in the final AP and Coaches polls.
However, Chizik will not have nearly the same talent level on defense at UNCheat that he had at Auburn in 2004.
