Our entire offense, with the exception of the center graduating and Collins bolting early, is returning next year (unless Mafah surprises us). Surely the OLine will be even better after an offseason with Duke. Throw in some likely year 1 contributors such as Wesco and Moore, and we suddenly look pretty dang good.

I think the wide receivers are going to be OK, we just need the Offensive line and Cade to step up.

We have nowhere to go but up. This team is incredibly young right now on offense outside our running backs. We will be better next year. Now whether it is great improvement or not remains to be seen. If we can get the o-line and just 2 receivers to take that next step and become dominant and consistent, then this team will be scary good. I don't mention Cade because well, if we give him those two things, then that'll answer if he is really the leader we need or not. I wouldn't expect even T-Law to throw up amazing stats with the starting lineup we had this year. I am aware of Cades decision making at times and lack of awareness in critical moments but I just can't fault him when we just don't have the supporting cast any QB needs. We also need a year where we aren't decimated with injuries. I'm going to stay optimistic because this program can't stay in the middle of the pack forever. It just isn't built for it anymore.

Really liking AW and AR with TB, Wesco, Moore, Troy and if Luke can whip that OL into shape to pass protect at a high level then watch out because that rushing attack is def going to be a major problem for all teams imo. If everything comes together just right, that offense is gonna be explosive imo.

We can be a National Championship team in 2024 or a 9-3.
The OL has to get better. I understand that Luke said they wanted to work on toughness first and technique would come later. I didn't see the toughness through the first 57:21 of the game. But, Luke had just a couple of weeks, so the OL earns a "pass" for now.
With TB, AW, & AR, we have a solid 3 at wr barring injuring. While Wesco & Moore could be first year players, let's not forget we have Brinny, Sapp and Cole Turner is coming back from injury. Also, Misun Kelly redshirted. CT can fly and from what we were told in summer practice sessions, so can Kelly.
There is a lot to be hopeful for in 2024. Glad we closed 2023 on a positive and hope we use that to build nomentum.

Sure hope Luke can recruit some monster OL dudes for 2025. And maybe he can attract one or two from the portal for next year.

With some glaring weaknesses on defense. We will surely miss XT and his consistent pass rush. Parker is excellent but XT was a game changer in every contest this year. We will also be incredibly thin at LB unless the youngsters can step in right away. LB has always seemed to be a position where young players struggle.
DB's should be a strength but losing Wiggins hurts. Again, depth could be a major problem on the back end if we run in to injuries like the last two years. Hopefully one or two of the young guys will step in and be game changers.
My major concern is getting pressure on the QB consistently. If we are having to bring pressure from the 2nd and 3rd level we could see a defense that gives up a lot of big plays.

I think pass rush will come from the middle of the line. Woods, Capehart, Williams, Story. Everyone is also forgetting about Burley. D Line will be great with Eason and Rumph in charge

Who leads the team in 2024? Cade? Barrett Carter? (For those close to team, who will be the alpha leaders?)
How does the team adjust after physical 1st game win or loss vs. UGA? How many injuries in that game? How quickly does team shift focus to ACC championship? Go Tigers!

I agree that the OL must improve. 8 sacks are not acceptable. When you think of Cade's play, that is a factor. With that said, I think there will be improvement. Will it be enough? We will see when we face Georgia.
