2020 Paasing Yards vs 2023 Passing Yards...

4,182 vs 2,705. That's a 1,477 yards difference. Almost 5 games worth 300 per game more. An enormous difference. And the Tigers had to use the backup (D.J.) in two games because TLaw had Covid.

How many starting WR's missed substantial playing time

I ask, because I don't know
This year however, Turner out all year, Williams missed enough time to redshirt him and save the year.
Collins , has he been hampered more, or is the Chicken game the only game he was hurt Chickens game ?
Another tidbit, the debacle of last 2 season cost us D. Collins, EJ , Ladson and Ngata left when he could have stayed.' A VERY conservative guess would have still had one of those around
We play UofSuc with Collins/Turner/Williams available, they have their 4th best DB covering Brown and he does more damage than Renfrow to them.
Barring mass departures, WE GOOD.

I wonder how many yards from dropped passes we could add?

DJ did rack up a ton of yards against ND that year.

No kidding Trevor was the #1 draft pick. Neither DJU nor Cade is Trevor so the stat is moot.

DJ threw for like 400 yards in both of his games that year.

Wonder how Tlaw would have done in those games.

The stat shows how far our passing game has dropped off. I think all of our position groups on the offense are less than they used to be. Ship and Mafah are good, but can't compare with Travis and his backups.
