Day and ended at night. The same with 2000. Can not remember 2002. We may never have won a true night game in DV over then. Most kickoffs I remember in the day.

Penalty on us gave them a first down to keep their opening drive alive and let them score theee. Turnover gave them an easy TD. And the pick sox. AND it took 45 minutes for us to get out of the parking lot. ...and it was cold.

Also, 1998 was a 6:30pm kickoff, and it started in the dark.
The other posters are right: The 2004 game was definitely a day game. I have pictures of my kid and the *final* scoreboard in the old west endzone...in the sunshine.
