Parking in STI

So I got STI as my parking assignment this year. This is my third year donating and two years ago I was in Brooks Center with a numbered spot, and last year I was at Seneca. So obviously I am bouncing back in a major way. It looks as if STI is a grass lot and I want to do a lot more tailgating this year, rather than just parking and walking in. Is there anything I need to know or any advice about grass lots in general, or STI specifically.
