At a minimum to get one positive post about our baseball team from the hair on fire, ungrateful lunatic fringe this postseason?
1. Win our pool in the ACCT.
2. Win at least one game against a top 10 team.
3. Win the ACCT.
4. Earn a top 8 national seed.
5. Win a regional and advance to a super.
6. Win a super regional and advance to Omaha.
7. Make the final 4 in Omaha?
8. Win the national championship.
9. Ten run rule our opponent in the NCAACG?
10. Other

But they are still not happy about our “trash” team. I think the team must do something going forward to satisfy them. I’m trying to narrow down what that is. Truthfully, I suspect the answer is “Other” because I doubt anything will make them happy.

It will take achieving #1 to achieve #4 and then I think it would take a minimum of #5 and possibly #6. Beyond that would be beyond most people’s expectaions

So the consensus of those replying indicates that getting to Omaha will satisfy the negative Nancies and cause them to cough up something positive about our baseball team.
Personally, I don’t think that will satisfy them. I don’t think we will ever hear anything positive or encouraging from them because it’s not their nature. Even if we were to win it all, they would just slither away in silence.
