played great Saturday night. Too many drops(Nuk & Ford) and some procedure penalties, but overall a very good effort!! The drops were due to first game energy and getting ahead of themselves thinking about YAC.

Having said that, WOW do I feel much better than this time last week!! I was honestly concerned about our O front line against their above average D line....While they did make big plays, our line held them at bay as well as I could have dreamed and was pleased to see the pace at which they played. The D was worn out by the 4th quarter and had no gas in the tank...

Nuk was huge even with those drops!!! Think of him and Sammy lined up on same side, with Charone on opposite side with man-up coverage..Line them up on opposite sides and watch the secondary guess... All while the probability of Andre breaking off a huge run is imminent... I may sound excited, and thats because I only see our Offense stopping themselves with penalties or turnovers!!!!!

Defense is improved, but have a bend and not break spirit to them(at least in first game) and will get better and better as season goes along under BV's direction...

Nuk only had 1 drop that I can recall

I have Ford with 4, Nuk with 1, Bryant with 1, and Cooper with 1

Nuk had 2 drops that were right in his hands, and I agree that Ford had 3... First game jitters and excitement had a lot to do with it but considering Nuk had 13 receptions he more than made up for any drops lol...

I cannot and it could actually be just 1, maybe I had him down for one of the Ford drops...I just remember it was right thru his hands and defender was quite a few yards away, he was already thinking about which way he was going to burn the defender lol :)

when drops=catches that's when it's bad. Even Sammy dropped a couple last year

No argument here, made mention of it after my initial post, my attempt wasnt to ridicule him!!! Nuk is awesome and came up huge when we had to have it :)
