This is one of the problems with the NFL, a coach gets fired by one team and then the next year another team turns around and hires them.

They should have let Wilks keep the full time job, as the team responded to him very well to end the year last season.
Not ready to say Young is a bust, but they need to surround him with playmaker. That's like Clemson saying CK2 isn't the guy with the WRs that have been available this year.

Young is going to be a decent QB, however if you're going to give up the farm to move up to get a QB it better be for someone like TL16.

Costs them a lot less to get rid of Reich than it would to get rid of Young.
The front office screwed up repeatedly - and Reich is the scapegoat.

I may be wrong but I thought Reich was not the driver for mortgaging everything. And Stroud is bigger, better and a bad-a-s-s. Reich is a good coach and a good guy.
He will pop up somewhere,
