I thought he was excellent. He sounds much more like a quality play-by-play guy than Yanity ever did. Don't get me wrong, Yanity is a great guy but he just never really sounded the part IMHO. I'd say 9 for Munson

I thought he did fine so I give him an 8. It seems like some folks dislike Munson so much, that they probably have other agendas. While you might prefer someone else a ranking of 1 or 2 really doesn't make sense.

I wouldn't know Munson from a hole in the ground. Which by the way is where he should be working. That was by far the worst radio I've ever heard. I grew up as a kid tuning in to Braves broadcast. Ah, Thise were the best. I trie to give him a while I settle in. Then I realized that he HAD settled in and that was the way he was going. When I first turned it on , I was confused and thought i was on the Georgia network? And lastly, who in the heck thought he was better than Yanity ? Now I was never a huge Yanity fan either . But none was gonna be Phillips so I considered him bearable!
