Spiller had a few bad years of recruiting. You cant ignore that.

All that being said, Dabo owes his soul to Spiller. Spiller put Clemson on the map in my opinion.

I am torn there but all I can say is that I am happy to see him pick up the recruiting pace.

People tend to look at recruits landed in recruiting cycles

and not the actual needs for recruiting cycles. We didn’t have a need at RB in previous cycles, but CJ took it on the chin from fans. We needed RBs this cycle and CJ hit it out of the park. It’s been fun to watch.

I disagree. I think we can both appreciate Spiller but he struck out.

…with his first choices and we then went with Adams and Green as fallbacks.

Both haven’t turned out if you’re being objective. That’s why every one is hoping Easy E can bust out on sat.
