As a junior, Smith caught 45 passes for 830 yards and 15 TDs to lead the Wildcats to the 2A state championship game. Smith is also a baseball prospect and is projected to go high in the 2012 draft. He attended Clemson's junior day. #15 rated player and 4 star recruit based on the 2012 AthleteVault NC/SC Rankings.

Kinda raw since it was his first year as a varsity player. He has great ball skills and can run past people after the catch. He is also a very good baseball player that would like to play both sports once he gets to college.
