Orangeburg-Wilkinson has produced many players such as Woody Dantzler, Jackie Robinson, Tim Jennings and Alex Barron in recent years. This year defensive end Juan Jennings is drawing coaching staffs to Orangeburg.

"I haven't received any offers yet," says Jennings. "South Carolina, Vanderbilt, Wofford, and South Carolina St. are the main ones showing interest."

Jennings has no big factor he is looking at, rather he just wants a place to play. "I just want to play football somewhere next year."

This summer Jennings attended camps at USC and the Nike camp. "Both camps went well. The Nike camp was loaded with talent. I think I performed well at the Nike, but I need to work on my forty time. I have been working very hard this summer on getting stronger and faster."

Jennings goals for this season are very simple. "I just want to go out and do better. I will try and impress some schools out there. My teammates and I have all been working very hard, and we should be ready for the upcoming season."

We will follow Jennings throughout the season, as he tries to fill some big shoes at Orangeburg-Wilkinson.
