, a four-star cornerback out of South Carolina, became the third member of the class of 2012 to commit to U of L in as many days when he did so Wednesday morning. If landing one of the top players in the country at a position of need wasn't sweet enough, Parnell was a guy Joker Phillips and company had invested a considerable amount of time and energy on, and one that many people believed would end up a Wildcat. Parnell also chose Louisville over N.C. State, Vanderbilt, Illinois and Wake Forest, among others. Attended Clemson's junior day in March. Class of 2012 ESPNU 150 Watch List Recruit. #27 rated player and 4 star recruit based on the 2012 AthleteVault NC/SC Rankings. #22 CB and 4 star rating by rivals and 2 star rating by scout. ESPN has him rated #19 CB and 4 stars.
