Bell has offers from Alabama, App State, Duke, Illinois, Kentucky, Louisville, Marshall, Minnesota, Mississippi State, N.C. State, Ohio, Tennessee, UAB, Virginia and West Virginia.
As a junior, he had 45 catches for 600 yards and 7 touchdowns.
Bell with his good size will be a nice red-zone option for Clemson once he begins his career at Clemson. He committed to Clemson on 9/23/13.
