Josh Adams - Running Back
Height: 5-11   Weight: 177   Hometown: Cary, NC (Cary HS)   Class: 2006
ESPN: NR

Josh Adams recently stepped back on the football field after recovering from an ankle injury.

"It felt great to be out there again. I was not able to really do anything at the Wake Forest camp. I had not planned on going to the North Carolina camp, but they wanted me to come up there. It worked out good, because I was able to get back on the field. I am able to play, but I am not at full speed."

Marion Hobby is recruiting Adams for Clemson, and Hobby stayed in contact despite the injury for Adams.

"No one was really scared by my injury. I think everyone knew it was pretty minor, and I would recover. Coach Hobby continued to send letters and text message me."

It is no surprise schools were not scared away. Adams nearly rushed for 3,000 yards in his junior season. Adams chose not to list one school as his favorite, but says he will narrow things down soon.

"I want to have it narrowed down by the start of my season. There are some schools I have in mind, but I would rather lay low for now. I am excited to be close to the start of my senior season, and I would really like to have a good year. My college decision will be a very big decision, and I will sit down and look at my best option after taking some official visits."
