for speeding and posting the details about it online has dropped his lawsuit against the city of Pickens.

In statement released by his attorney, Michael McClatchy decided to drop the lawsuit so he could resume his law enforcement career.

McClatchy was accused of using a city computer on Sept. 14, 2012 to post details of the traffic stop on the Internet.
