Leggett named finalist for Mackey Award

Clemson tight end Jordan Leggett was announced on Wednesday as a finalist for the John Mackey Award which is awarded to the Top TE in college football.

Leggett has 27 receptions for 345 yards and six touchdowns this season.

The other two tight end finalists were Arkansas's Hunter Henry and Stanford's Austin Hooper.

Former Clemson tight end Dwayne Allen won the honor in 2011.
