Review of Death Valley from Stadium Journey |
From Stadiumjourney.com:
Clemson fans, to their credit, are also among the nicest in the country. Many Auburn fans were blown away by the hospitality shown by Tiger fans. Clemson fans may love their football, but they aren’t crazy enough to make visiting fans miserable. When Clemson was struggling to have success, however, the crowd would seem rather quiet (for example, when Auburn led 21-7, the crowd was somewhat out of the game). However, when the Tigers turn it on and get momentum, the noise in Death Valley is deafening, to say the least. The fans were excited and loud most of the game, and as the Tigers were inching closer to victory, the crowd was getting louder and louder, to the point you couldn’t hear yourself think. The stadium was filled to capacity, and the fans did their part in helping the hometown Tigers upset the defending national champions.
You get the feeling that Clemson football games are like family reunions for these fans. Tiger fans consider themselves a family, and when it’s gametime, these fans are among the most passionate in the country.
