Gov. Nikki Haley's streak of three-consecutive wins in friendly wagers against other governors also came crashing down. Haley won bets with Florida Gov. Rick Scott, Virginia Gov. Earl Ray Tomblin finally got the best of Haley and will get to enjoy some Lowcountry shrimp and grits, thanks to the Mountaineers' 70-33 victory. Gov. Haley also had this to say on her Facebook page:

Clemson is a young team. it was not a great night for them. To the Tigers, ignore the judgement and criticism, you had a great season. Next year will be better than this year. You will always have our support! Go Tigers!
