TigerNet was able to do a short interview with 2017 wide receiver prospect and Clemson target Keyshawn Johnson Jr.

He is the son of former NFL star wide receiver and current ESPN analyst Keyshawn Johnson. Clemson offered on 4/10/14 while he was on a Clemson visit with his famous father and Clemson 2017 target Darnay Holmes from Newbury Park, CA.

Both big-time prospects were offered while on their visit to Clemson. Johnson Jr. has offers from Arizona State, Clemson, Florida State, Louisville, Miami, Ohio State, SMU, Syracuse, Tennessee, UCLA, Utah, West Virginia and others.

The highly coveted 2017 wide receiver prospect said "I think the Clemson campus is great," Johnson Jr. said. "I talked to coach Jeff Scott for a very long time when I was at Clemson."

He also let us know that he will travel across the country again to visit Clemson. "It was a great experience! And I'm going back for the South Carolina game."

He has transferred schools to Calabasas High (CA) and let us know that he has only played in five games due to the transfer his season. His stats are 25 catches for 400 yards and two touchdowns.
