Former Clemson LB signed by Tiger-Cats

The Hamilton Tiger-Cats of the Canadian Football League have announced on Tuesday that they have signed former Clemson linebacker Kavell Conner and three other players.

Conner played six seasons in the NFL in 78 games with 46 total starts with the Colts (2010-2013) and Chargers (2014-2015). During his career, he had 328 tackles, two quarterback sacks, three forced fumbles, and nine passes defended. In 2015, Conner had 13 tackles and two tackles for loss in 10 games. In 2014, he had 68 tackles, two tackles for loss and a sack.

At Clemson, he was a four-year letterman that had 263 tackles, 14 tackles for loss, three quarterback sacks, two forced fumbles, one interception, and six passes defended.

He was drafted by the Colts in the seventh round (#240th overall) in 2010.
