Clemson (10-0, 7-0) stayed #1 in the rankings in the latest AP Poll on Sunday after a 37-27 road victory over Syracuse on Saturday afternoon.

Clemson was ranked first in the USA Today Amway Coaches Poll on Sunday, one spot higher than it was last week.

The Tigers are 10-0 for the third time (1948 and 1981) in school history, and Clemson's win in the Carrier Dome clinched a fifth straight season with at least ten wins for the Tigers.

Clemson has won 19 of its last 20 games which is the best 20-game streak since the 1938-40 era.

Eight of the 24 ranked teams in the Top 25 lost, including 4 in the Top 10 in Baylor, Stanford, LSU and Stanford.
